Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We always process your data in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2018). The purpose of this data protection information is to tell you about the main aspects of data processing in the context of this website.

Scope of validity

This data protection statement does not extend to the websites of third parties or other providers linked to this website. The data protection terms on the websites of third parties may therefore differ from these data protection terms. Information about the data protection policies of other providers can be found on the relevant sites.

Data capture

When you visit this website, information about your access (date, time, pages visited) will be saved. This data does not form part of your personalized data but is anonymized. It is used solely for statistical purposes. Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, email address or other identifying information is not collected. Such data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example by sending an email to us.

On the grounds that we have a legitimate interest (see Art. 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR), we collect data about accesses to this website and save that data as server log files on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

  • time of access
  • volume of data sent in bytes
  • source/reference from which you reached the page
  • browser used
  • operating system used
  • IP address used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. in order to be able to investigate cases of misuse. If data has to be collected as evidence, it is withheld from deletion until the case is finally resolved.

Use and processing of data

We use and process personal data primarily in order to address your requests, for example to answer your inquiries or send you certain information.

We only collect, use and share your personal data as permitted under the law or when you have given permission for it to be collected.

Personal data includes all information that can be used to identify your person and that can be traced back to you – for example, your name, email address and telephone number.

Forwarding data

Your personal data is never passed on to third parties (for commercial or non-commercial purposes) under any circumstances. We only forward your personal data to linked companies or contracted third parties when this is required in order to fulfill the contract.

Cookie guidelines

This website uses cookies. These are small text files which are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do no damage.

We use cookies to make this website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain saved on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser next time you visit.

If you do not want this, you can adjust the settings on your browser so that in future it informs you when cookies are being placed so that you can manually accept/reject this on a case by case basis.

Google Analytics

To ensure that our pages are fit for purpose and continuously improved, we use Google Analytics. Google AnalyticsFor this purpose, user profiles are created under a pseudonym and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as

  • browser type/version,
  • operating system used,
  • referrer URL (last page visited),
  • host name of the accessing device (IP address),
  • time of server query,

is sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there. The information is used to evaluate how the website is used. This information may also be disclosed to third parties if this is legally required or if those third parties process that data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will your IP address be connected to other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that they cannot be identified (IP masking). Google complies with the data protection regulations of the EU-US and US-Swiss Privacy Shield Agreements and is registered on the relevant “Privacy Shield” programs at the US Ministry of Trade.

You can also prevent the data generated by cookies and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being captured and such data from being processed by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on.

Google ReCAPTCHA

We use “Google ReCAPTCHA” (referred to below as “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data is being entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) by a person or by an automated program. reCAPTCHA uses various different features to analyze the behavior of the visitor to the website. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. To carry out the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various kinds of information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the visitor on the website, mouse movements performed by the user). The data captured during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analysis runs entirely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that such analysis is taking place.

The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting their website services from misuse in the form of automated spying or spam.

YouTube

Our website uses plug-ins from YouTube, a site operated by Google. The operator of the sites is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages which has a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. In this way, the YouTube server is told which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you will enable YouTube to link your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, in D-02742 Friederdorf, Hauptstrasse 68.

Every time this website is accessed, standard web server log files are created at ALL-INKL.COM containing the following information: IP address, date and time, browser search term, operating system used, browser used. The log files are used to identify technical problems, ensure security and enable statistical evaluation of how our website is being used, without human intervention.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, transferred, revoked or withdrawn.
